A. Yes.  E-GIFT CARDS can be purchased instantly online and work exactly the same as printed GIFT CARDS which are available from the cinema. See our Gift Cards page for details.

Q. Can I use my gift card to book tickets online?

A. Yes. Please see our Redeeming Gift Cards page for help with how to use your gift card online using your gift card barcode number and PIN.

Q. Can I check the balance of my gift card?

Online VIP Membership

Q. What is Online VIP Membership?

A. VIP Loyaty Membership allows you to access discounted ticket pricing when booking ONLINE. Please see our Loyalty Program page for details.

Q. How can I sign up to Online VIP Membership?

A. Click on this link and enter your details to create your Online VIP Membership account.

Q. How can I log in to my Online VIP Membership account?

A. Click on this link to log in to your membership account.  You can also follow any "Book Now" link to book tickets, and sign in on the booking screen.

Q. How can I renew my membership.

A. Click on this link to login to your account.  If your membership has expired, It will prompt you to renew.

Q. Can I buy more than one ticket at the membership price?

A. Online VIP Members can also purchase tickets for friends and family at the same Online VIP Member Ticket price when making a booking.
