• From 6th June 2024, Online VIP Member Tickets are $11.00 each plus standard online booking fee of $2 per ticket.

• Present your tickets at the door for scanning just like regular online tickets

• Online VIP Members can also purchase tickets for friends and family at the same Online VIP Member Ticket price when making a booking

Terms and Conditions

• Upon joining our Online VIP Member loyalty program, as the online ticket purchaser, you agree to register your details including your full name, address and date-of-birth. This information will not be disclosed to third parties.

• Online VIP Member Tickets are only available online

• Online VIP Member Tickets cannot be purchased at the box office

• Membership expiry date is 12 months from the date of purchase

• Membership can be renewed at the end of the 12 month period as long as the loyalty program remains available

• In the event Glenbrook Cinema raises the general admission ticket price, Glenbrook Cinema reserves the right to also increase the Online VIP Member ticket price whilst maintaining an appropriate reduced rate for members

• This loyalty program has been designed to reward and encourage Online VIP Members to see more quality movies more often at Glenbrook Cinema

• This loyalty program has also been designed to provide value for families using a single membership to buy tickets online

• Glenbrook Cinema may choose to add even more benefits at any time

• Membership benefits are not redeemable for cash

• Glenbrook Cinema reserves the right at any time without notice to decline to issue Membership, withdraw or cancel any Membership, or terminate a Membership upon:

  • Any abuse or attempted abuse of a person’s Membership or anything associated with Glenbrook Cinema

  • Any reasonable suspicion of unacceptable conduct in connection with a person’s Membership

  • Any attempt to use this Membership in any way other that it's intended purpose without authorisation from Glenbrook Cinema
